Today's word for my @fortuneandframe locket is HEAL. My boyfriend goes in for surgery today and all my energy is focused on his speedy recovery. Heal is also something we need to do emotionally, from the trauma we are exposed to. Any trauma you are exposed to, whether it is your own or someone else's changes your world view forever. I know I'm obsessed with this necklace. I love interactive things, I especially love jewelry that has a message, that's changeable, that represents who I am on any given day. I also like reminders. It's hard to remember every good thing, every positive thing, but it's super easy to remember the negatives. 🙄 All my little messages for my @fortuneandframe necklace are positive and personal to me. Today's word is TRUST! I've had issues with trust in my life, not only trusting others but trusting myself. I recently embarked on a new venture and I still don't trust my own capabilities and knowledge base. My boyfriend keeps grounding me and reminding me to trust myself and my abilities. Oh, and that is a @fortuneandframe necklace. You can put any little message in there that you want and carry it with you...remind yourself each day of a lesson, a gift, a person. I wear mine everyday and probably look at it dozens of times. Btw, I made the word TRUST purposely sketchy because sometimes, we can't always see the things we need to put trust in, sometimes that trust is just a leap of faith. ❤️

Done and on their way to Maine. I read that I was supposed to wrap the bread in foil. I didn't do that because I had visions of the box being scanned and them tearing it open because they couldn't see clearly what was in it. The loaves are wrapped in a zillion layers of plastic wrap-sorry honey lol. I don't see my oldest daughter often. I miss her very much. She is very talented and bakes bread herself.
