I have been terribly busy at work the last couple weeks, it isn't going to get any better until the end of April. I'm putting together a class called A Gathering on Resiliency and the Art of Self Care. This class is for community professionals who work with people in crisis or who have been traumatized. The class is designed to help them recharge and re-vitalize their lives so they can do the work they love to do. It is a six hour class and is taking a lot to put together...so of course my poor little blog is suffering. If you started following don't give up the ship, I'm working hard, with the help of my TN's to find that balance of working on both the class and my blog....I have SO many ideas for posts that everyone is going to love.
